In Yokohama City, outdoor advertising materials that create an attractive landscape of Yokohama have been named "Yokohama Sign" since 2013, and we are promoting initiatives to spread this. As part of this, March 1 is designated as "Sign Day", and it is a day to actively promote "Attractive town development using outdoor advertising materials (signs)".
In fiscal 2019, under the theme of "Yokohama Sign Exhibition 2020", we will display panels of photographs such as signboards elaborate on art and crafts in Nishi Ward and Naka Ward under the theme of "Sign art that enhances the city of Yokohama."
