I ・TOPI Yokohama Lab “Smart Agriculture in Urban Areas” Started two new demonstration experiments

　As part of the ICTOP Yokohama Lab, Yokohama City recruited proposals for new products and services that will save labor in urban agriculture, support crop cultivation, and improve the farming environment, etc. using farmland in Yokohama as a demonstration field. Of these, two projects have already been undertaken.
　We are pleased to announce the use of the new Wi-Fi standard "IEEE 802.11ah (Wi-Fi HaLowTM)" which contributes to the spread of smart agriculture through wireless construction that can cover farms in a wide range of areas, and the start of a demonstration experiment of a smart agricultural platform that provides remote consulting using data obtained from sensors installed in greenhouses.
For other projects, demonstration experiments will begin as soon as adjustments and preparations are made for implementation.
