Since its completion in January 1994, the Yokohama Kanazawa High-Tech Center, located in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City, has been functioning as a base for industrial promotion.
At the 30th anniversary of the start of operation, the land and buildings of the Yokohama Kanazawa High-Tech Center will be sold by general competitive bidding for those who are expected to use that contribute to the promotion of industry (Yokohama City, Yokohama Corporate Foundation) Joint sale by the Management Support Foundation).
