The City of Yokohama and the Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation recognize companies engaged in community contribution activities as "Yokohama-type regional contribution companies" based on certain criteria, through their main business and other activities, and are engaged in businesses that support sustainable growth and development of companies.
In the first half of fiscal 2023, eight companies were newly certified, with 464 certified companies.
Furthermore, on October 1, a new registration system, “Yokohama Regional Contribution Declaration Company,” will be launched to support a wide range of companies engaged in community contribution activities.
