The “LIP ( Yokohama Trial Grant” is a subsidy that can be used to develop prototypes that embody research results and ideas, aiming to commercialize new products and technologies in the health and medical fields.
This time, in order to support businesses that city startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, universities and research institutions work on, 10 businesses (scheduled grant amount of 14.65 million yen) have been decided as projects eligible for grant.
Going forward, we will actively support startups and SMEs by matching with members of LIP. Yokohama and developing sales channels, leading to the realization of open innovation.
