ITOP Yokohama Lab "Improvement of safety, security, comfort, and attractiveness of railway stations"-Adopted a proposal to conduct a demonstration experiment at Sagami Railway Co., Ltd.-

　Through I thinkTOP Yokohama, Yokohama City is working to improve productivity and contribute to solving social issues by utilizing technologies such as IoT and AI, and to create new business models.
　This time, the station of Sagami Railway Co., Ltd. (Sotetsu Group), a railway operator in Yokohama City, was the main demonstration field, and we solicited demonstration experiments on new products and services, and adopted three proposals to promptly and accurately disseminate information in the event of an abnormality such as an accident, and to improve the work efficiency of staff involved in facility management.
　In the future, we will coordinate with companies about the timing and location of implementation and implement them sequentially.
