Recruitment of 6-day practical seminar participants to grow into DX human resources (for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries)

　In addition to changes in the social and economic structure, there is a growing need for each company to promote DX in order to overcome difficult economic conditions such as high crude oil and raw materials. On the other hand, DX is difficult not only in Yokohama City but also in small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide, and a common issue faced by many managers is the shortage of DX personnel.
　In response to this, Yokohama City will hold DX seminars focusing on manufacturing industries where securing profits is an urgent issue due to soaring raw materials, with the aim of growing existing human resources into DX human resources with more practical content rather than highly versatile training as before.
