Using Midori Ward and Tsuzuki Ward   as demonstration fields, Kyocera will conduct self-driving shuttle buses.

　In collaboration with various companies and institutions in Japan and overseas, Yokohama City is working to develop high value-added products and services, create new businesses, and solve social issues using new technologies through open innovation.
　As a part of this, the Institute for Advanced Technology of Kyocera Co., Ltd. will start running on public roads using a self-driving shuttle bus from March 11, Reiwa.
　Kyocera Co., Ltd. and Yokohama City will aim to solve regional issues through the use of autonomous driving, including verifying the effectiveness of autonomous driving control technologies and sensing systems in various traffic environments in this driving demonstration.
