Tsunashima Higashi 1-chome area is located in the northeastern part of Kohoku Ward, and a new station on the Sotetsu and Tokyu direct lines is being developed.
In this district, in September 2016, in order to plan systematic infrastructure maintenance and rational and sound advanced use of land and renewal of urban functions, the land around Shin-Tsunashima Station district land readjustment project, Tsunashima Higashi 1-chome district city planning We decided and changed city planning such as plans. Then, in February 2017, the land readjustment project was decided on a business plan and the business was promoted.
We change restricted zone, altitude district, fire prevention area and quasi-fire prevention area around new station this time to plan guidance of land use appropriate for station square or improvement of disaster prevention.
In addition, we change Tsunashima Higashi 1-chome district city planning to improve convenience around the station, maintain a safe pedestrian space, and guide land use that makes use of the location characteristics that will be newly in front of the station.
At the same time, in order to strengthen the traffic node function of the new station and improve convenience, taxi and other platforms will be placed on the No. 3.4.55 Tsunashimahigashi Line, and the area will be changed.

We perform inspection based on "basic way of thinking about review of city planning park, green tract of land" and change area of city planning park to plan consistency with current park management area. At the same time, the name will be changed according to the change of area.
