　In order to secure this basic agreement, we decided on the "Minato Mirai 21 Central District District Plan" in 1989, and have changed 10 times since then.
　At present, block development is progressing to almost 80%, and facilities such as MICE, sightseeing and entertainment have been decided to enter, and in the adjacent Kitanakadori district, a complex with cultural and commercial functions, including a new city hall. Due to the development of facilities and hotels, etc., it is expected that the number of employees and visitors will increase.
