In this district, since the outlook for planned urban area maintenance by the land readjustment project was clarified, the area division was changed in March 2018, and this district was incorporated into the urbanization area, and Kawamukai-cho Minamikochi We decided and changed city planning such as land readjustment project. After that, we approved the establishment of the Kawamukai-cho Minamikochi District Land Readjustment Association, and the relevant right holders and the city are working together to promote the business. .
This time, the contents of the city planning were compiled, and the union submitted a request form for the development of the city planning.

Wakabadai housing complex is a large-scale residential complex located in the northwestern part of Yokohama City, mainly from 1-chome Wakabadai to 4-chome Wakabadai in Asahi Ward, with an area of approximately 89.6 hectares and planned construction of approximately 6,550 units.
In March 1972, we decided on a city plan for a residential facility in Wakabadai Ichi housing complex, and construction began in 1973. After that, after four changes in city planning, including changes in areas and public facilities, the maintenance of houses has been completed except for some blocks.
In order to respond to new needs for land use due to the declining birthrate and aging population, and to maintain and develop as a sustainable housing complex, we will change the policy of arranging public facilities for housing facilities in housing complex, Wakabadai. In addition, we will make necessary revisions in line with this.

No. 3.3.42 Onda Line is a city planning road with a length of about 1,140 meters and a representative width of 22 meters that connects Onda-cho, Aoba-ku to Onda-cho (Machida-shi border) in Aoba-ku. In order to maintain smooth urban functions, city planning was decided in 1980.
As a result of discussions with Machida City and related organizations, some sections of this route will be abolished.
In addition, with the enforcement of the Cabinet Order (1998 Cabinet Order No. 331), which partially revises the Ordinance for Enforcement of the City Planning Act in conjunction with this change, the number of lanes will be determined to be 2.
