The area around Shin-Tsunashima Station (tentative name) is located in the northeastern part of Kohoku Ward, and new stations on the Sotetsu-Tokyu Line are being developed.
In order to plan integrated and planned infrastructure development through land readjustment projects and urban redevelopment projects, rational and sound advanced use of land and renewal of urban functions, land readjustment projects around Shin-Tsunashima Station and Shin-Tsunashima Station We decide district first-class city area redevelopment business and change advanced use district.
At the same time, the Tsunashimahigashi Line No. 3, 4, 55 will be added to strengthen the traffic node function of the new station and reduce congestion on surrounding roads.
