In addition, about city planning that proposal is requested by city planning decision by proposer, city planning decision is made in area of approximately 1.6ha including Tsuruyacho district in order to realize proposal contents and maintain the environment I decided that it was necessary. Therefore, we change city reproduction special district and decide city planning.
