Regarding the special area, we decided that it was necessary to make a city planning change to add the proposed Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi station square area. In addition, about city planning that proposes city planning decision by proposer, city planning decision in area of approximately 1.6 ha including Tsuruyacho district in order to realize proposal contents and maintain the environment. I decided that it was necessary. Therefore, we change city reproduction special district and decide city planning.
