[Kaigan Dori area related]

 Regarding the Kaigan Dori area, on January 4, 2022, we received a proposal for city planning based on Article 37 of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Renewal.
 As a result of comprehensively evaluating this proposal based on the policy of town development in Motoichi, the purpose of the city regeneration emergency maintenance area, and the characteristics of this district, it was determined that it was necessary to change city planning.
 Therefore, we change city reproduction special district to plan reinforcement of international competitiveness of this district based on upper-level plans such as regional maintenance policies of city reproduction emergency maintenance area.
 At the same time, we will decide on a district plan for the Kaigan Dori district in order to realize the proposals, create a complex urban area suitable for the coastal area of central Tokyo, and maintain the environment.

[Tsunashima Station East Exit Station Area Related]

 In front of Tsunashima Station East Exit Station, buses and taxis are concentrated in front of the station, but the pedestrian space is insufficient, making pedestrians and vehicles complicated.
 For this reason, while we were considering infrastructure development in front of Tsunashima Station East Exit Station, consensus was reached among related right holders, and plans for building and public facilities were embodied.
 Therefore, in order to promote rational and sound advanced use of land and renewal of urban functions, we decided on the “Tsunashima Station East Exit Station Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project”, “Restricted Areas”, “Advanced Use Areas”, “Fire Protection Areas and Semi-Fire Protection Areas”.
 At the same time, we will add the “3.6.10 Tsunashima Station East Exit Line” and “No.5 Tsunashima Station East Exit Traffic Plaza” to strengthen traffic ties at Tsunashima Station East Exit and secure pedestrian spaces.
 In addition, we change area of "the 23rd Shin-Tsunashima Station bicycle parking lot" to plan improvement of convenience of user by adopting underground mechanical type about bicycle parking lot, and " We add "No. 24 Tsunashima Station bicycle parking lot".
 In addition, we will change the "Tsunashima Higashi 1-chome District Planning" to improve convenience around the station, maintain a safe pedestrian space, and guide land use that takes advantage of location characteristics.
