[Kaigan Dori area]

 Regarding the Kaigan Dori area, on January 4, 2022, we received a city planning proposal based on Article 37 of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration.
 As a result of comprehensively evaluating this proposal based on the policy of town development in Motoichi and the purpose of the urban regeneration emergency maintenance area and the characteristics of this district, it was judged that it was necessary to make changes in city planning.
 Therefore, based on higher-level plans such as regional maintenance policies for urban regeneration emergency maintenance areas, we will change the special urban regeneration area in order to strengthen the international competitiveness of this area.
 At the same time, we will decide on the Kaigan Dori district plan in order to realize the proposals, create a complex urban area suitable for the coastal area, and maintain the environment.

[Tsunashima Station East Exit Station Area]

 Tsunashima Station In front of East Exit Station, pedestrian spaces are insufficient even though the platforms such as buses and taxis are concentrated in front of the station. Advanced use of appropriate land and accumulation of urban functions are not sufficiently planned.
 For this reason, while examining infrastructure development in front of Tsunashima Station East Exit Station, consensus was formed among the relevant right holders, and the maintenance plan for buildings and public facilities was embodied.
 Therefore, in order to achieve rational and sound advanced use of land and renew urban functions, the `` Tsunashima Station East Exit Ekimae District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project '' was decided, and `` Restricted Area '', `` Advanced use district '', `` We change fire prevention area and semi-fire prevention area ".
 At the same time, "No. 3, 6, 10 Tsunashima Station East Exit Line" and "No. 5 Tsunashima Station East Exit Traffic Plaza" will be added to strengthen the traffic nodal function at Tsunashima Station East Exit and secure pedestrian space.
 In addition, we change area of "the 23rd Shin-Tsunashima Station bicycle parking lot" to plan improvement such as convenience of user by adopting underground mechanical type about bicycle parking lot and dispersed. No. 24 Tsunashima Station bicycle parking lot ".
 Furthermore, we change "Tsunashima Higashi 1-chome district city planning" to improve convenience around the station, maintain safe pedestrian space, and to guide land use utilizing location characteristics.
