　In the Higashi Takashima Station north district, the study of town development began in 2002, and in order to convert land use through comprehensive regional reorganization maintenance.
In March of this year, we changed restricted zone, fire prevention zone and associate fire prevention area, altitude district and harbor district and decided Higashi Takashima Station north district land readjustment project and Higashi Takashima Station north district city planning.
　This time, since the examination of town development progressed and the concrete maintenance plan was finalized, a request form to change the city plan was submitted to Motoichi from the landowner in December 2020.
Based on this request, we will change the "Higashi Takashima Station North District City Planning" for the purpose of rational and sound advanced use of land and improvement of urban functions, and maintaining an integrated and comprehensive urban area maintenance .
　In addition, we change "fire prevention area and semi-fire prevention area" and "Higashi Takashima Station north district land readjustment project".

　Former Kami-Seya Communication Facility District is the site of the US military facility returned in June 2015.
　In this area, we will eliminate the mixture of state-owned land and private land, consolidate land for agricultural promotion and urban land utilization, and promote planned development that integrates the development of agricultural infrastructure and urban infrastructure facilities. We decide city planning land readjustment project to plan formation of "city area to bring up new bustle, interchange".

[Environmental Impact Assessment Report pertaining to projects subject to city planning based on the Environmental Impact Assessment Law]
　Regarding the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility District Land Readjustment Project, based on Article 25, Paragraph 3 of the Act, which is replaced with Article 40, Paragraph 2 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act, the final results of the environmental impact assessment reflected in city planning.
