We carried out gymnastics volunteer training course!
Gymnastics volunteer training courses were held on October 10, October 17, October 24, and November 7, 2019, in all four courses.
In this course, we learned about nursing care prevention and tips for volunteering in the community in order to become volunteers who can teach simple gymnastics in the community.
In the course, role-playing was also held to teach other participants what they learned. Participants commented, "I was interested in wanting to be involved in gymnastics volunteers as much as I could," and "I wish I could stay energetic and help the community forever for myself." .
Together with the 23 people who participated in the course, I would like to continue working on preventive care in the community.
"Hamatre" learned by the participants in the course is an effective training for preventing locomotive syndrome. Please try it.
