　Local volunteers drove the Miyakoda and Ikebe districts in the southern part of the ward, and full-scale operation of volunteer buses running with local residents began on December 2, 2019.
　On December 4, the launch ceremony was held in La LaLa Port Yokohama.
　This volunteer bus started studying by representatives of the area (Toda Union Neighborhood Associations, Ikebemachi Union Neighborhood Association), volunteers, and the government in 2016, and then received donations from companies that constructed the northwest line. (Test run). The city provided full subsidy for operating expenses), and was working to bring local elderly people to local supermarkets and hospitals.
　After about two and a half years of demonstration operation, the operating organization also launched the “Bora Bus and Community Welfare Association” and started “full-scale operation” based on local voluntary profitability.
　From now on, one-box car volunteer bus with yellow borders will continue to run in the Miyakoda and Ikebe districts.
