Let's play with African animal figures! @North Port Mall

　The 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development will be held in Yokohama from August 28th to 30th, 2019. This is the first time in six years since the fifth meeting of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Yokohama.
　In Tsuzuki Ward  , where many child-rearing generations live, we are developing promotions in collaboration with the animal figure "Ania" of Takara Tommy Co., Ltd.
　Following the "Ania" exhibition at a public facility in the ward in November, three contents ("Ania", animal photos of the Republic of Botswana, animal photos of the Republic of Botswana , PR tool of the African Development Conference) was held. Takara Tommy employees also cooperated in the implementation of this program.

　At the venue, an African savanna, which was reproduced by "Ania" and a styrofoam manufacturer in Tsuzuki Ward  . Nearly 200 "anias" such as elephants, zebras, and lions, have been arranged to realistically reproduced the flock of animals and moving. A large screen depicting the landscape of Savanna, expedition costumes for children, and panels for the African Development Conference were also arranged, and a corner where you can enjoy taking pictures.

　In addition, photographs of animals living in the Republic of Botswana taken by photographer Go Yamagata are also on display at the venue. Yamagata stopped by photographs captured various expressions of animals and magnificent landscape photographs taken by Mr. Yamagata, and many parents and children were thinking about Africa.

　In the quoits game aimed at "ania", Takara Tommy prepared a board targeting Africa animals so that they could enjoy learning about the wildlife that lives in Africa.

　The novelties, pamphlets, and Hamako to be handed to the event participants were all distributed, and the event was crowded with about 700 participants.

　Tsuzuki Ward   will continue to develop initiatives in cooperation with various stakeholders in order to widely disseminate the Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Yokohama.
