On February 14 (Thursday), a ceremony was held at The Mayor of Yokohama's Neighborhood Association Town, Yokohama City.

Mr. Hayashi presented a certificate of appreciation and a letter of appreciation to the chairman of the town of Neighborhood Association who have been active in the community for many years, 25 years (1 person), 20 years (1 person), 15 years (2 people), and 10 years (2 people) from Tsuzuki Ward  .
