　On Saturday, October 5, a major event in the third district, "The twelfth Welfare Festa," was held in a living creation space. This year, 11 organizations, mainly disabled and welfare establishments, participated, and the venue was lively with many mock shops and stage presentations, including eating and drinking.
　On stage, users of the welfare facilities for the disabled performed songs, dances, readings, etc. as daily results announcements, impressed the viewers, and did not applaud. Also this year, 11 elementary school students from Inaridai Elementary School volunteered to help manage the venue. The children in blue happi coats were full of hope and felt very reliable.
　The 4th Nishi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan, Nikomachi Plan, aims to create a town where everyone can live with peace of mind by recognizing and respecting each individual's individuality.
