It's fun! January 13 Second District Refreshing and Nagomikai

　On Monday, January 13, a dinner party in the second district was held at Tobe-honcho Community Care Plaza, mainly for elderly people living alone.
　The Japan National Council of Social Welfare plays a central role, and members of the local welfare committee and children's committee hold the meeting five times a year. Every time, the participants are looking forward to the event. This time, there was a music and a lion dance performance to excite the celebration of the New Year. As the drums and flutes echoed lively, the lion cheered around nearly 50 participants. With a gorgeous atmosphere like New Year, it was a “Nagomi” party where you can't smile.
　Everyone in the second district has set the goal of "creating a bright and fun town with a heart" in the Nikomachi Plan (Nishi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan) district-specific plan. I felt the kindness of everyone in the second district, who cares for and supports each other living in the area.
