We celebrated the finale of the event commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system.

Last Updated December 21, 2024

On Saturday, December 21, "Nishi Ward Candle Art 2024" was held at Bijutsuno-hiroba Grand Mall Park.
The Nishi Ward Candle Art is a one-night candle event that has been held since 2008, and this year it was a wonderful event full of light and sound.
This year, "Hikonyan" started from Hikone City and held a photo session with "Nishimaro-chan". In addition, this year, as an event commemorating the 80th anniversary of the constituency system, the performances of the firefighting music band and the singing voices of the female choir "Feris Frauencore" were performed, and the event was added to the event.
With this "Candle Art", the 80th anniversary event of the Nishi Ward system celebrated its finale. We would like to thank all the people involved in the commemorative project again, and thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of the constituency system, but the Nishi Ward will continue to evolve.
We will continue to strive to make all the people involved in Nishi Ward happy through various opportunities and connect them to the 90th, 100th, and beyond.
※Due to the strong winds on the day, we were unable to install all the "message candles" drawn by elementary school students in the city, and we were very sorry to everyone who looked forward to it. . We apologize for taking this opportunity.
