It's fun! July 22 Minatomirai district "Summer Vacation Radio Exercise"

　 In the Minato Mirai area, "Summer Vacation Radio Exercise" with more than 100 participants has been established in the area since early in the morning.

　At Takashima Chuo Koen in the Minato Mirai district, we attended the "Summer Vacation Radio Exercise" held from Saturday, July 20 to Wednesday, July 31 at 6:30 in the early morning.
　Before the start at 6:30, 135 people, from nearby apartments to elementary school students, from children to adults, gathered, and then moved with the radio while enjoying the morning sun.
　After the gymnastics, everyone took a group photo, and the sweets and goods of the participation prize brought by the local people were distributed and dissolved. For children, in addition to the stickers attached to the mount, the participation prize seemed to be looking forward to participating every morning.
　This "Summer Vacation Radio Exercise" was started nine years ago with about 10 participants as one of the activities of Neighborhood Association, and although there was a time when it was interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I heard that the number of participants from neighboring apartments increased every year due to word of mouth and other means, and now it is an annual event in the Minatomirai district where more than 100 people participate every day.
　We would like to thank the volunteers of the Minato Mirai District Health Promotion Committee, the Neighborhood Association, and the Park Protection Association for their efforts, and hope that the community activities in the Minato Mirai District will be even more exciting.
