On Tuesday, February 20, the award ceremony for the Midori Ward "Exercise to Brighten Society" composition contest was held. This movement is working with the protection moderator, the Women's Association for Rehabilitation, the Union Neighborhood Association and the police with the aim of creating a safe, secure and bright society without crime and delinquency. This time, we selected 6 Excellence Awards and 2 special awards from the 75 entries submitted (5 works at Kirigaoka Gakuen Elementary School, 1 work at Morinodai Elementary School, 2 works at Tana Junior High School).
Looking through the composition, important thoughts that we need to be aware of, such as "I want to improve the area through greetings" and "The importance of recognizing each other even though cultures are different." I was very impressed.
