Snow has piled up in the Kanto region for a long time in the Kanto region.
The sights that are commonplace in snowy countries are difficult in urban areas that are not used to.
In Midori Ward, the ward office, Midori Public Works Office and Midori fire department were guarded, but there was no major trouble.
Midrin, who lives in the courtyard on the fourth floor of the ward office, was delighted with the rare snow.
