[31st meeting] Midori Ward People's Festival 2023 was held.

　Sunday, October 15th, Midori Ward People's Festival was held.
　Unfortunately, due to bad weather on the day, the event was canceled at Shikinomori Park, Midori Ward Office, and at Midori fire department, and only Midori-public hall venue and Midori-Mori are held.

　At Midori public hall, 13 groups performed singing and dancing stage performances by 13 groups were performed in a lively and enjoyable manner, despite the bad weather.
　In particular, at the “Midrin Taiso”, where the staff of the ward office also participated near noon, the children at the venue started dancing together and it was very lively.
　At Midorimu, we performed balloon art experience and food sample making, and it was crowded mainly for children.
　We would like to thank all of you who came to our booth in a bad mood.

　Even in each district, local events such as summer festivals and athletic meet are gradually reviving.
　We hope that various events will be held in the same way as before the pandemic, and that the bonds will be further deepened and the hometown consciousness of the inhabitants of the ward will be fostered.

　Last but not least, on the occasion of this inhabitant of a ward festival, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the efforts of the Executive Committee and other related organizations.
