The Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center or the Internet is accepting procedures for starting use.
If you wish to pay by direct debit or credit card, you will need to complete the procedure after starting the use.
If you are moving from outside Yokohama, you will not be able to continue your previous fund transfer and credit payment, so you will need to apply for a new one.
Attendance is not basically necessary when starting to use. We will ask you to open the faucet by the day before the start date of use, so please check that all faucets are closed to prevent water leakage accidents.
If there is a problem with opening, such as when repairing a water leak or removing the faucet for construction, be sure to contact the Customer Service Center in advance. (Water Works Bureau does not take any responsibility in the event of a water leak accident.)
