We accept procedures for starting use at the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center or on the Internet.
If you wish to pay by direct debit or credit card, you will need to complete the procedure after starting use.
In addition, if you move from outside Yokohama, you will not be able to continue your previous fund transfer and credit payment, so you will need to apply for a new one.
At the start of use, attendance is not basically necessary. We will ask you to open the valve by the day before the start date of use, so please check that all faucets are closed to prevent water leakage.
If there is any difficulty in opening the faucet, such as during repair of water leaks or removing the faucet for construction, be sure to contact the Customer Service Center in advance. (Water Works Bureau assumes no responsibility in the event of a water leak accident.)
