I can't stop even if I close the faucet
A
In this case, it may be caused by the deterioration of the packing.
Replacing a seal of a general faucet (13mm single faucet) is not very difficult, so please purchase it at a home improvement center and try replacing it.

Leakage in toilets
A
If the toilet water does not stop, it cannot be repaired in Water Works Bureau, so please ask a private waterworks contractor to repair it.
List of water leak repair companies downstream of the meter
If the toilet is clogged, Water Works Bureau cannot handle it. Please consult with a toilet installation / construction contractor or a Yokohama City drainage facility designated construction shop.
