In this case, the degradation of the packing is considered to be the cause.
Changing the packing of a general faucet (13 mm single faucet) is not very difficult, so please purchase it at a home improvement store and try replacing it.

• How to replace the packing

If the toilet water stops, it cannot be repaired in Water Works Bureau, so please ask a private waterworks contractor for repairs.

If the toilet is clogged, Water Works Bureau cannot handle it. Please consult with toilet installation / construction contractor or Yokohama City drainage facility designated construction shop.
