In this case, deterioration of packing may be the cause.
It is not very difficult to replace the packing of a general faucet (13 mm single faucet), so please buy it at a home center and replace it.

• How to replace the packing

If toilet water stops running, it cannot be repaired in Water Works Bureau if the toilet water does not stop, so please ask a private water supply contractor for repair.

If a toilet is clogged, it cannot be handled in Water Works Bureau. Please talk with setting, construction supplier of restroom or Yokohama-shi drainage designation construction shop.
