If water outages near your home are not listed in the water outage information, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.
In addition, if a water receiving tank or elevated water tank is installed in an apartment house such as a condominium, the water may be cut off due to a power outage or malfunction of the water supply device, so the owner, manager, management of the building Please contact the company.

When performing water supply work with water cutoff, reduced water, or turbid water, we distribute handbills to notify affected areas in advance of water cutoff work. (* In the case of emergency construction, we may notify you with a public relations car.)
In addition, the e-mail magazine "Yokohama Water" distributed by City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau every month provides information on the water cutoff information page on the City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau website.
※Please note that in recent years, there has been reports such as "Large-scale water cutoffs occur," indicating that suspicious emails have been sent to specific sites that are not related to Water Works Bureau.
