Please submit it to the counter of the water supply construction reception center. [※ We do not accept mail or fax receptions. ]
Attention
"Water supply equipment owner change" is procedure to perform when we change name of owner of water supply equipment with name change such as houses.
As "water supply equipment owner change" is different from procedure of "change of user of water supply" and "start of use of water supply".
Please check the details of the changes.
About procedure, inquiry such as "change of water user", "start of use of water supply" by relocation, etc.
