When we change owner of water supply equipment, we fill in required items in "water supply equipment owner change notice" (PDF: 236KB).
Please submit to window of water supply construction reception center. [* We do not accept applications by mail or fax. ]
Attention
"Water supply equipment owner change" is procedure to perform when we change name of owner of water supply equipment with name change such as houses.
As "water supply equipment owner change" is different from procedure of "change of user of water supply", "start of use of water supply",
Please check the details of the changes.
