Application for use or cancellation of water supply via the Internet

The Customer Service Center accepts the use and cancellation of water supply via the Internet.

・Start of use and cancellation due to relocation in Yokohama city
・Cancellation due to relocation outside Yokohama city
・Start of use by moving from outside the city to Yokohama

We can use water supply of Yokohama-shi based on "Yokohama-shi water supply regulations (outside site)" and "Yokohama-shi water supply regulations enforcement regulations (outside site)".

About relocation in Yokohama city

Please apply to the Customer Service Center.
We accept procedures for stopping use and starting use at the Customer Service Center.
About settlement of old use place (payment method is as follows)
Currently, only those who have deducted their water bill from their account can choose to transfer funds.
Currently, only those who pay the water bill by credit card can choose to pay by credit card.
At present, those who pay the water bill with the delivery notice (payment form) will be settled with the delivery notice.
The new Address's billing method is as
※In the case of fund transfer (continuous payment) or credit card (continuous payment), you can continue to use the same account or credit card as the place where the water supply was discontinued at the new use place.

About moving out of Yokohama

Please apply to the Customer Service Center.
We accept procedures for discontinuation of use at the Customer Service Center.
For procedures for moving to a new location outside of Yokohama, please contact your local Water Works Bureau City.
Attendance at the time of discontinuation is not required except in special cases such as local settlement.
If you would like to make a local payment, please contact Water Works Bureau.

About relocation from outside the city to Yokohama

Please apply to the Customer Service Center.

The customer service center accepts procedures for starting use.
If you wish to pay by direct debit or credit card, you will need to complete the procedure after starting the use.
If you are moving from outside Yokohama, you will not be able to continue your previous fund transfer and credit payment, so you will need to apply for a new one.
Attendance is not basically necessary when starting to use. We will ask you to open the faucet by the day before the start date of use, so please check that all faucets are closed to prevent water leakage accidents.
If there is a problem with opening, such as when repairing a water leak or removing the faucet for construction, be sure to contact the Customer Service Center in advance. (Water Works Bureau does not take any responsibility in the event of a water leak accident.)
※Auto-lock apartments may require attendance.
