Application for start or stop using water supply via the Internet

The Customer Service Center accepts the start and stop using the water supply via the Internet.

・Start and cancellation of use due to relocation in Yokohama City
・Cancellation due to relocation outside of Yokohama City
・Started use by moving from outside the city to Yokohama

Water supply of Yokohama-shi can be used based on "Yokohama-shi water supply regulations (PDF: 316KB)" and "Yokohama-shi water supply regulations enforcement regulations (PDF: 1,693KB)".

About relocation between Yokohama city

Please apply to the Customer Service Center.
The Customer Service Center accepts procedures for discontinuing and starting use of the service.
Payment of the old place of use (the settlement method is as follows)
Currently, only those who have debited water charges etc. from the account can select fund transfer.
Currently, only those who pay water bills etc. by credit card can choose to pay by credit card.
You can choose to pay by group billing only if you are currently paying water bills by group billing.
Currently, those who pay the water bill etc. using the delivery notice (payment form) will be settled in the delivery notice.
New Address's billing methods are as follows
※In the case of fund transfer (continuous payment) or credit card (continuous payment), you can continue to use the same account or credit card as the place where you stop using the water supply at the new place of use.
If you would like to make local payments, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.

About moving out of Yokohama city

Please apply to the Customer Service Center.
The Customer Service Center accepts procedures for discontinuation of use.
Please contact your local Water Works Bureau for procedures for moving out of Yokohama.
Attendance at the time of discontinuation is not required except in special cases such as local settlement.
If you would like to make local payments, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.

About relocation from outside the city to Yokohama

Please apply to the Customer Service Center.

We accept procedures for starting use at the Customer Service Center.
If you wish to pay by direct debit or credit card, you will need to complete the procedure after you start using it.
If you move from outside Yokohama, you will not be able to continue your previous account transfer and credit payment, so you will need to apply for a new one.
For credit card payment, it takes about two months to complete the registration process.
At the start of use, there is basically no need to be present. We will ask you to open the door by the day before the use start date, so please check that all faucets are closed to prevent water leakage accidents.
If there is any problem with opening work, such as removing the faucet during repair of water leakage or removing the faucet etc. for construction, be sure to contact the Customer Service Center in advance. (Water Works Bureau assumes no responsibility in the event of a water leak accident.)
※Auto-lock condominiums, etc. may need to be present.
