1.What can I do if I register on the web site?

The WEB member site is a registered free service for customers using water supply in Yokohama, and is a site operated by City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau City's water supply.
If you become a member,
1.You can check the amount of water used, water and sewerage charges at the place where you registered for a maximum of the past two years. (If the usage is less than 2 years, the usage period will be displayed.)
2.You can apply for payment by credit card via the Internet.

2.How do I register your web site?
A.

To use a WEB member site, you will need a login ID and password. Please register from "City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau Member Site. When registering, please prepare your customer number (2-2-5-5-digit number listed on the meter reading slip, etc.).
After registration, a sealer postcard with your login ID and password will be mailed to your billing address in about 6 days.
※The arrival of the postcard may be delayed to confirm the application details.
※The "customer number" is assigned to the place of water use, so it will be changed when moving.

3.The application URL of the membership site has not arrived.
A.

The reasons why you do not receive the email may be as follows:
1.It is received by the spam mail folder.
  By setting filters for mail software and antivirus software, and taking measures against spam mail from providers, etc., spam mail folders etc.
  May have received an email. Please check the spam folder and the trash can folder.
2.The domain-specific reception is set.
  Customers who receive domain designation in smartphone or mobile phone mail settings will be sent from the WEB member site.
  Please make settings so that you can receive the domain of the following email address.
  ※The domain means "@" or less in the email address.
  @city.yokohama.jp
  For details on how to set, please check the websites of each company.
3.The mail containing the URL has been rejected.
  If the text is set not to receive emails containing URLs, you may not be able to receive emails.
  For details on how to set and cancel, please check the websites of each company.
4.The registered email address is incorrect.

4.I can't get the postcard of my login ID and password.
A.

After applying for the WEB member site, the login ID and password will be mailed to the customer's billing address in about 6 days by sealer postcard. However, postcard arrival may be delayed to confirm the application details.
Also, if there is a difference between the new registration details and the customer information of the authorities, a login ID and password cannot be issued. In this case, a confirmation email will be sent, so please check it.
You can check your application status by contacting Water Works Bureau City check your application status by contacting your customer's Address and your name will be checked.

5.I forgot my password.
A.

The login ID and password cannot be answered in terms of security.
From the login screen, select "Click here if you have forgotten your password" and apply for a reissue to reissue your password. ※I cannot reissue my ID.

Select "Change e-mail address" on My Page to proceed to the procedure.

A.

The name of the billing address for the water bill is displayed. If you want to change your billing name, please contact the Customer Service Center.

A.

Yes, you can register multiple places of use with one login ID and password, and see the amount of water used, water charge, sewerage usage fee, billing amount, etc. (Please refer to Q9 for the method.)

9.How do you organize multiple places of use with one login ID and password?
A.

To register multiple locations, you will need a login ID and password for each customer number, so please register a new WEB member site. When you receive the login ID and password postcard, log in with the login ID you want to summarize, select "Add customer number" on My Page, and register.
※1 There is no limit on the number of additional cases.
※2 Please note that the login ID and password added will be invalid unless deleted after addition.
※3 If a new registration is made when the additional login ID and password are lost or forgotten, the added customer number will be canceled and you will be able to log in with the login ID and password for each customer number. .

10. What is the time to update the price inquiry information?
A.

It will be updated one to two business days after the meter reading.
※Updates may be delayed due to system limitations. Also, the date of payment takes about 2 to 3 weeks to be displayed (updated).

11. I want to unsubscribe from the web site.
A.

If you select "Unsubscribe" from My Page, you can unsubscribe. If you do not log in for 2 years, you will be automatically unsubscribed.

12. I accidentally applied for WEB membership registration several times.
A.

Since the application for the WEB membership site is automatically processed, the content once applied cannot be discarded. If you apply more than once, a new login ID and password will be issued each time, so you can log in with the latest login ID and password. The latest login ID and password will have a large login ID number.
