  • If the applicant is a legal entity, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and a certificate of registration or a copy of the donation and proof of registration (if the applicant is an individual, a copy of the resident certificate). How to carry out cleaning work

Please refer to "Registration Standards for Building Cleaning Business" when describing the cleaning work implementation method (Attachments 4-1, 4-2).

Method for measuring air environment

Please refer to "Registration criteria for building air environment measurement business" when describing the air environment measurement work implementation method (Attachments 5-1, 5-2).

Method of implementing comprehensive environmental hygiene management

Please note the following when describing the method of implementing comprehensive environmental hygiene management work (Attachments 11-1, 11-2).

1 Method for adjusting air environment

  • Regarding the air purification device, periodically check the condition of dirt in the filter material or dust collection part and the pressure difference before and after the filter material, and if necessary, perform the performance inspection of the filter material or the dust collection part, replace the filter material, etc. thing.※
  • Regarding the cooling and heating device, it must be stated that the condition of dirt on the coil surface is checked, and that the coil will be cleaned or replaced as necessary.
  • Regarding the maintenance and management of the humidification device, it must be stated that the coil surface, eliminator, spray nozzle, etc. should be inspected, and that cleaning and repair will be performed as necessary.
  • It must be stated that the area around the duct blowout and the area around the intake should be cleaned regularly, and that repairs will be performed as necessary.※
  • For blowers and blowers, it must be stated that the air blower or exhaust air volume is measured regularly, and the operation status is checked.※
  • It must be stated that the cooling tower, watering equipment, filling material, eliminator, ball tap, blower, etc. should be inspected regularly.
  • It must be stated that the automatic control device should be checked regularly for any failure in the detection part of the biennial temperature and humidity meter.
  • The procedure for preparing the work report must be clearly specified (2 copies should be prepared and 1 copy should be kept to the owner for 5 years). In addition, from the viewpoint of personal information protection, it is clearly stated in the procedure for preparing the work implementation report that measures will be taken to prevent personal information leakage, etc. based on the Guidelines of the Personal Information Protection Law as necessary. .
  • The form of the work report must be attached.
  • There must be a description of the standards for outsourcing, and the notification of the outsourcing contents to the work client, the method of grasping the work of the contractor, etc. must be clearly stated.
  • There must be a description of the system for complaints and emergency communications.

2 Water supply and drainage management work implementation method

  • The procedure for preparing the work report must be clearly specified (2 copies should be prepared and 1 copy should be kept to the owner for 5 years). In addition, from the viewpoint of personal information protection, it must be clearly stated in the procedure for preparing the work report that measures will be taken to prevent leakage of personal information, etc., based on the Guidelines of the Personal Information Protection Law, etc. as necessary.
  • The form of the work report must be attached.
  • There must be a description of the standards for outsourcing, and the notification of the outsourcing contents to the work client, the method of grasping the work of the contractor, etc. must be clearly stated.
  • There must be a description of the system for complaints and emergency communications.

(1)Water supply and drainage management work implementation method (equipment related to drinking water)

  • It must be stated that the inside of the aquarium should be inspected regularly for damage, deterioration, etc., and that repairs will be made as necessary.
  • When repairing coatings, etc., after thoroughly drying the paint or filling agent, wash and disinfect it, and after filling the water tank, the water in the hydrant and water in the water tank, the items in the following table It must be stated that the inspection of and confirm that the standards are met. If the inspection results do not meet the criteria, it must be stated that the cause will be investigated and necessary measures will be taken.

  • Regarding the water tank, it must be stated that water leaks, damage to the outer wall, rust, corrosion, sealing conditions of manholes, etc. should be regularly inspected and repaired as necessary.
  • It must be stated that the drain space of the drain pipe and overflow pipe and the insect repellent net attached to the overflow pipe should be regularly inspected and repaired as necessary.
  • It must be stated that ball taps, float switches, electrode-type control devices, water-reduction alarm devices, foot valves, chlorine sterilization devices, etc. should be regularly inspected and repaired as necessary.
  • It must be stated that the pumping amount and operation status of the water supply pump should be checked regularly.
  • Regarding the hot water storage tank, it is stated that the water in the hot water storage tank is stirred by the circulation pump and the remaining water at the bottom of the hot water storage tank is regularly discharged, and the temperature of the water in the hot water storage tank is maintained uniformly. .
  • It must be stated that damage, rust, corrosion, water leakage, etc. of the piping of the water supply system should be regularly inspected and repairs will be made as necessary.
  • It must be stated that the status of the maintenance of the spout space of the sanitary equipment should be checked regularly and appropriate measures should be taken as necessary.

(2)Water supply and drainage management work implementation method (equipment related to miscellaneous water)

  • It must be stated that the inside of the miscellaneous tank should be inspected regularly for damage, deterioration, etc., and that repairs will be made as necessary.
  • It must be stated that water leaks in the miscellaneous water tank, damage to the appearance, rust, corrosion, sealing of the manhole, etc. will be regularly inspected, and repairs will be made as necessary.
  • It is stated that the drain space of the drain pipe and overflow pipe, the insect repellent net attached to the overflow pipe and the ventilation pipe should be inspected regularly, and repairs will be made as necessary.
  • It must be stated that ball taps, float switches, electrode-type control devices, water-reduction alarm devices, foot valves, chlorine sterilization devices, etc. should be regularly inspected and repaired as necessary.
  • It must be stated that the pumping amount and operation status of the water supply pump should be checked regularly.
  • It is stated that the pipes of the miscellaneous water system should be regularly inspected for damage, rust, corrosion, slime or scale adhesion, and for water leakage, and repair as necessary.
  • It must be stated that the status of the maintenance of the spout space of the sanitary equipment should be checked regularly and appropriate measures should be taken as necessary.

(3)Water supply and drainage management work implementation method (drainage equipment)

  • It must be stated that the trap is regularly confirmed that the depth of the trap is properly maintained.
  • It must be stated that drainage pipes and ventilation pipes should be regularly inspected for damage, rust, corrosion, clogging, leaks, etc., and that repairs will be made as necessary.
  • Regarding the drainage tank and interceptor, it must be stated that the condition of suspended substances, sedimentation substances, wall damage, cracks, rust, and water leakage should be checked regularly, and repairs will be made as necessary.
  • It must be stated that float switches, electrode-type control devices, water-reduction alarm devices, foot valves, drainage pumps, etc. should be regularly inspected and repaired as necessary.

3 Water quality inspection work implementation method

  • At the end of the hydrant, it must be stated that the inspection of free residual chlorine is performed every day at least once every seven days, for color, turbidity, odor, and taste.
  • The results of the inspection must be stated in daily reports, etc., and reported to the owner.
  • The measures to be taken when hygiene problems are found must be clearly stated.
  • A report must be attached.
  • The procedure for preparing the work report must be clearly specified (2 copies should be prepared and 1 copy should be kept to the owner for 5 years). From the viewpoint of personal information protection, it is necessary to take measures to prevent leakage of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Law Guidelines, etc., based on the Personal Information Protection Guidelines, etc., as necessary. Must be specified in the procedure.
  • The form of the work report must be attached.
  • There must be a description of the standards for outsourcing, and the notification of the outsourcing contents to the work client, the method of grasping the work of the contractor, etc. must be clearly stated.
  • There must be a description of the system for complaints and emergency communications.

Overview of Machinery and Equipment

Please note the following when describing the outline of the machinery and equipment (Attachment 1).

  • Please fill in the form as of the date of application.
  • Vacuum cleaner ※A floor polishing machine ※There must be a carbon monoxide detector, a carbon dioxide detector, a thermohygrometer (0.5 scale or more), a dust meter, and an airflow meter (0.2m / sec or more can be measured).
  • The quantity of machinery and equipment shall be appropriate for the number of employees.
  • It must be occupied over a long period of time and can be used freely.
  • There must be a residual chlorine measuring device.

※If the machinery and equipment is located in a place other than the sales office (site), attach a photo and a list.
Even if there are multiple sites, please attach a photo of one place for the same type.

Overview of employee training

Please note the following when describing the training implementation method (plan) (Attachment 3).

1 Training implementation plan for cleaning workers

Please refer to the outline of worker training in "Registration criteria for building cleaning business".

  • In the case of in-house training, a cleaning work supervisor, a building cleaning technician, a building hygiene management technician, or a general manager shall be the instructor and carry out.

2 Training implementation plan for air-conditioning water supply and drainage management workers

  • Training for air conditioning plumbing management workers refers to training conducted by employers themselves (hereinafter referred to as “in-house training”). That's what I mean.
  • Please fill in the plan for the next one year as of the date of application.
  • All engaged staff (including part-time workers) must take the course every year.
  • Contents of in-house training (how to operate air conditioning and drainage facilities, daily inspection and repair of air conditioning and drainage facilities, how to judge water abnormalities, how to measure residual chlorine, etc.) and the number of hours (total of 7 hours or more) Must be described.
  • In principle, the instructor shall be a supervisor qualification holder, and the name and qualification of the instructor (air conditioning water supply and drainage management supervisor or general manager) must be stated.
  • If all employees are supervisory qualifications, there is no need to conduct training, but please indicate so in the training implementation plan.

3. Status of training for cleaning workers

Please refer to the outline of worker training in "Registration criteria for building cleaning business".

  • In the case of in-house training, the cleaning work supervisor, building cleaning technician, building hygiene management technician, or general manager must be the leader and carry out.

4. Status of training for air-conditioning water supply and drainage management workers

  • Training for air conditioning water supply and drainage management workers refers to in-house training.
  • Regarding the status of training, enter the results of the past year if you are going to register for the first time, and enter the results of the past six years if you are registering for the second and subsequent times. In the case of new treatment due to expiration, please fill in the results of the past 6 years for applications up to about 3 months from the completion of the previous validity period.
  • For new registrations, instruct them to apply after training, and describe their implementation status.
  • The base date for the training results shall be the registration date.
  • All engaged staff (including part-time workers) must take the course regularly every year.
  • The contents of the training (how to operate the air conditioning and drainage system, daily inspection and repair of the air conditioning and drainage system, how to judge water abnormalities, how to measure residual chlorine, etc.) and the number of hours (total of 7 hours or more) Is described.
  • Training should be conducted at the same time every year.
  • In principle, the instructor shall be a supervisor qualification holder, and the name and qualification of the instructor (air conditioning water supply and drainage management supervisor or general manager) must be stated.
