Registration criteria for building air-conditioning duct cleaning business

Please attach the following documents to the registration application form.

  • If the applicant is a corporation, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and a certificate of entry, or a copy of the donation act and a certificate of entry (if the applicant is an individual, a copy of the resident certificate). The original will be confirmed for the certificate of completion of the duct cleaning work supervisor (re) training course completion certificate, the building environmental hygiene management engineer's certificate, and the certificate of completion of worker training, so please bring it with you when applying.

Method of cleaning ducts for air conditioning

Please note the following when describing the operation method for air conditioning (Attachment 6-1,6-2).

  • It must be clearly stated that the work should be performed after considering the piping system, dimensions, shape, material, use of the building during cleaning, and the operation status of the duct.
  • The work supervisor must be clearly specified.
  • When carrying in and cleaning the equipment to be used, it must be stated that curing will be carried out using a film sheet to prevent contamination of rooms and equipment.
  • Before and after cleaning, the state of dust inside the duct should be checked by an endoscope, and the amount of deposited dust is measured and the effect of cleaning should be confirmed.
  • After cleaning, the blower should be tested, confirm that the dust remaining inside the duct does not flow into the room, and if inflow is observed, it must be stated that cleaning will be performed again.
  • The method of treating garbage discharged from duct cleaning must be described.
  • If a sanitary problem is found as a result of the work, it must be clearly specified.
  • The procedure for preparing a work report must be clearly specified (two copies must be prepared and one copy should be stored for the owner for 5 years). From the viewpoint of personal information protection, it is specified in the procedure for preparing a work report that measures should be taken to prevent leakage of personal information, etc., based on the Personal Information Protection Law Guidelines, etc., as necessary.
  • Methods for inspection of machinery and equipment shall be described.
  • The form of the duct cleaning work report must be attached.

  • There must be a description of the outsourcing standards, and the notification to the cleaning client of the contents of the consignment to the cleaning client and the method of grasping the work of the contractor.
  • There must be a description of the system for complaints and emergency communications.

Outline of machinery and equipment

When describing the outline of machinery and equipment (Attachment 1), please note the following.

  • There must be an electric drill, sheer or nibra, endoscope, electronic bottle or chemical balance, compressor, dust collector, vacuum cleaner, etc.
  • The endoscope must be photographed, and for electronic balances or chemical balances, it must be stated in the performance column that the resolution of 1 mg or more.
  • The quantity of machinery and equipment must be appropriate for the number of employees.

Outline of worker training

When describing the training implementation method (plan) (Attachment 3), please note the following.

1 Training implementation plan for workers

  • Worker training refers to worker training (hereinafter referred to as “registered training”) conducted by an organization registered by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, or training conducted by the employer himself for various reasons (hereinafter referred to as “internal training”). ").
  • For various reasons, the training conducted by the employer himself shall be equivalent to the training conducted by the registered organization regarding the teaching materials used for the training and instructors of the training.

  • As of the date of application, the plan for the next year must be filled out.
  • All employees (including part-time workers) plan to attend worker training every year.

(1)Registration training course

  • It should be stated that the training of workers will be attended by the registered organization.

(2)In-house training implementation plan

  • A plan to properly carry out the same contents as the registration training shall be described, referring to the text etc. used in the registration training and supervisor training course, and the number of hours (7 hours or more in total) must be described.

  • In principle, the instructor shall be a supervisor qualification holder, and the name and qualification (duct cleaning work supervisor) of the leader must be described.
  • If all employees are supervisory qualifications, there is no need to conduct training, but please indicate so in the training implementation plan.

2 Training Status of Work Workers

  • Worker training refers to registration training or in-house training
  • Regarding the training status, if you are going to register for the first time, enter the results for the past year, and in the case of the second and subsequent registration, enter the results for the past six years. In the case of new treatment for expiration, for applications from the completion of the previous validity period for approximately three months from the completion of the previous validity period, enter the results for the past six years.
  • For new registration, application must be made after training, and the implementation status shall be described.
  • The base date for training results shall be the registration date.
  • All employees (including part-time workers) must have attended training for workers.
  • If all employees are supervisory qualifications, there is no need to conduct training, but please indicate so in the training implementation status table.

(1)Registration training attendance status

  • If all employees take the registration training and do not conduct in-house training, attach a copy of the certificate of attendance issued by the employee training organization registered by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.
  • Registration training must be taken at the same time every year.

(2)Implementation of internal training

  • Refer to the text etc. used in the registration training and supervisor workshop, it is stated that the contents equivalent to the registered training are properly performed, and the number of hours (7 hours or more in total) must be described. .
  • In principle, the instructor shall be a supervisor qualification holder, and the name and qualification (duct cleaning work supervisor) of the leader must be described.
