In Yokohama City, in order to eliminate such a situation as much as possible and to secure a sanitary environment in buildings, the health director at the time of building confirmation is examined. By consulting before applying for a building confirmation, we will extract problems with structural equipment related to hygiene as soon as possible and provide appropriate guidance and advice.
Article 93, Paragraph 5 of the Building Standards Law stipulates that when a building supervisor or a designated confirmation inspection organization receives a confirmation application for a specific building and a notification of a plan, it shall notify the health director in charge of the location of the building. I am.
In addition, in Article 93, Paragraph 6 of the Building Standards Law, the director of the public health center provides guidance on structural equipment related to the hygiene of the building based on the notice, and gives opinions to the building supervisor or designated confirmation inspection organization as necessary.
