Registration criteria for building air environment measurement business

This is the site of Health Sanitation Division, Health and Safety Department, Yokohama City Public Health Center. We provide information on the hygiene of buildings.

- If the applicant is a legal entity, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and a certificate of registration or a copy of the donation and a certificate of registration (if the applicant is an individual, a copy of the resident certificate). If the business purpose is stated on the certificate of entry, the articles of incorporation or donation can be omitted.

As we confirm original about air environment measurement conducter (re) class completion certificate and building environmental hygiene management engineer's certificate, please bring at the time of application.
Method for measuring air environment
When describing the air environment measurement work implementation method (Attachments 5-1, 5-2), keep the following in mind.
- The selection of measurement points must be described.
- It must be stated that the number of measurements should be at least twice a day (at least two times from the start to the middle and from the middle to the appropriate two points before the end).
- The measurement location must be between 75cm and 150cm above the floor.
- The procedure for preparing the measurement result report must be clearly stated (it must be specified that two copies will be prepared and one copy will be stored for the owner for 5 years). In addition, from the viewpoint of personal information protection, it must be clearly stated in the procedure for preparing the work report that measures will be taken to prevent leakage of personal information, etc., based on the Guidelines of the Personal Information Protection Law, etc. as necessary.
- The method of storing the measurement result report and the name of the person in charge of preservation must be specified. It is stated that the measurement results should be kept for 5 years.
- As a result of the measurement, the response should be specified if there is a problem.
- Methods for inspection, calibration, etc. of measuring equipment and storage of these records must be described.
It must be stated that the calibration of the suspended dust measuring instrument must be performed once a year. - For electric resistance thermometers, electric resistance hygrometers, constant electric electrolytic CO measuring instruments, etc., in order to have a comprehensive measurement accuracy, calibration or sensor replacement must be performed regularly (about once every 1 to 1.5 years). It must be stated that the manufacturer will perform regular calibration or sensor replacement because it is necessary.
- The form of the measurement result report must be attached.
- There must be a description of the standards for outsourcing, and the notification of the outsourcing contents to the client, the method of grasping the work of the contractor, etc. must be clearly stated.
- There must be a description of the system for complaints and emergency communications.
Overview of Machinery and Equipment
Please note the following when describing the outline of the machinery and equipment (Attachment 1).
- There must be a carbon monoxide detector, a carbon dioxide detector, a thermohygrometer (0.5 scale or more), a dust meter, and an airflow meter (0.2 m / sec or more).
- The quantity of machinery and equipment shall be appropriate for the number of employees.
It must be occupied over a long period of time and can be used freely.
