Outline of registration system

This is the site of Health Sanitation Division, Health and Safety Department, Yokohama City Public Health Center. Provides information on building hygiene.

3 Restrictions on display and display of registration

(1)Name of display
Registered traders can display the following for each type of industry.

  • Registered Building Cleaning Business
  • Registered Air Environment Measurement Business
  • Registered buildings for air conditioning duct cleaning
  • Registered building drinking water quality inspection business
  • Registered building drinking water tank cleaning business
  • Registered building drainage pipe cleaning business
  • Registered building mouse insect control business
  • Registered Building Environmental Health Management Business

(2)Display limit
Registration is performed for each sales office, so it is not possible to indicate that the sales office other than the registered business office is a registered trader or similar to this.
You will be punished for violating this.

4 Locations where registration can be made

Registration can be made for each sales office according to the type of business of the business.
A sales office is the basis for certain business activities objectively, and has the ability to conclude an acceptance contract there and perform legal and actual acts such as management of business related to registration. Means what you have.
Therefore, it is not possible to register an employee waiting room in the building as a sales office.

5 Valid period of registration

The registration period is valid for 6 years. Therefore, if you intend to display a registered trader for more than six years, you must obtain a new registration (re-registered).

6 Cancellation of registration

If the registered sales office no longer meets the registration criteria, the registration may be canceled.

Registration Criteria

Registration criteria are broadly divided into standards for machinery, equipment and other equipment (physical requirements) and standards for qualifications of persons engaged in business (human requirements).
These criteria must be necessary and sufficient to conduct the business related to registration.

Issuance of certificates (Health Sanitation Division window)
The registration is valid for six years indicated on the registration certificate.
Please complete the procedure at Health and Welfare Center, which has jurisdiction over the location of the sales office approximately two months to one month before the final effective date.
The reception desk for registration is Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in the ward where the sales office is located.

Fees will be paid at the Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division window at the time of application.

Notification of change and abolition

1 Notification of change

If any of the following changes are made, the registered trader must submit this notice to the Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division of the ward where the office is located within 30 days from that date, along with the necessary attached documents for notification of change.

Please attach the attached documents in the same way as the attached documents at the time of registration application (in the case of a change in re-registration, the attachment of the real thing is omitted from the attached documents Confirmation Form).
Also, if there is a change in the contents of the registration certificate, please attach the old registration certificate.

2 Notification of abolition

If the registered trader abolishes the work related to registration, it must submit a notification of abolition to the Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division of the ward where the sales office is located within 30 days from that date.
