 Yokohama City provides various support initiatives to ensure that Residential Association, a condominium condominium, can properly maintain and manage condominiums. If you have any problems, please refer to the support measures from the status chart below.

Residential Association is in trouble with daily operations

You can have specialists such as condominium managers and architects come and consult about maintenance.

We distribute videos of knowledge about problems related to management of Residential Association and condominium management.

There is no long-term repair plan, not renewed for many years, and no management rules have been updated

For apartments that do not have long-term repair plan or have not been reviewed, Yokohama City will assist a part of the cost pertaining to long-term repair plan creation.

Condominiums that do not have management rules or have not been revised since the time of sale can be consulted with specialists such as condominium managers.

We hold exchange meetings where Residential Association people exchange information and provide consultation and advice from experts.

We provide guidance on seminars and provide information on various systems.

First of all, actively interact with residents of the apartment! We support introduction of other cases, advice on issues and initiatives, and holding workshops.
