As an examination of the future of aging condominiums, we will assist in activities to compare and consider whether to continue living while repairing as it is or rebuilding or dismantling and selling.

Activities to consider the renovation of condominiums

In order to use aging condominiums comfortably in the future, we will support activities to consider the performance improvement shown below, such as installing equipment that is now commonplace.

Applicant's requirements

  • Applicants must be a study organization consisting of condominium Residential Association or Condominium Residential Association.
  • Residential Association has decided to engage in condominium rehabilitation activities and its expenses.

Condominium requirements

Requirements concerning condominium management status

  • There is a Residential Association and the General Assembly is held at least once a year.
  • A management agreement has been prepared.
  • A long-term repair plan has been established and reviewed within seven years.

In addition to the above, condominiums at risk of collapse may be eligible for assistance. First of all, please consult with the Housing Revitalization Division.

Subsidiary amount and period (number of times)

Up to 1/2 of the cost of study activities per fiscal year (up to 300,000 yen)

※Up to 600,000 yen for activities jointly conducted by Residential Association and others.

Up to 5 years (5 times)

If five years have passed since the last supporting year, the total year (number of times) will be zero.

Asking from a subsidized condominium Residential Association

  • To share awareness throughout the condominium, such as dissemination, intention surveys, and decisions at general meetings, etc., regarding the contents that have been examined with assistance and examined. (The results will be reported to the city at the end of the fiscal year.)
  • Cooperate with surveys and initiatives in the city's condominium measures until the year and the following year.
  • Approval of condominium management planAnd try to receive it. (Excluding cases where promotion of rebuilding, etc. has been resolved)

Those who have applied and purchased and contracted before receiving the grant decision from the city are not eligible for subsidies!

  • Subsidy grant application (word: 26KB)
  • Location map: A house map, etc. that shows the application site
  • Guide map, layout, etc. of condominiums
  • Photographs, etc.: Photo showing the current status of condominiums
  • Management Rules for Mansion Residential Association
  • Project book: Describes the purpose, (consignment) work, schedule, etc.
  • Business plan and budget documents
  • Proposals and resolutions of the General Meeting of the relevant fiscal year: About contents, budget, etc. of rehabilitation activity and bill (minutes) of general meeting pertaining to use of Yokohama-shi apartment reproduction support project
  • (In the case of outsourcing) Quotation pertaining to consideration for condominium rehabilitation (at least valid until the date of submission of the application form)
  • (In the case of outsourcing) Specifications: Specific work plan prepared to obtain estimates, etc.
  • Power of Attorney (not required if the Residential Association directly applies)
  • Others: Achievements of past activities, activity records, etc.

Documents required for business performance report

  • Business Performance Report (word: 25KB)
  • (In the case of outsourcing) Copy of contracts, etc. (Including breakdown)
  • A copy of the receipt of expenses incurred by the activities (documents proving that Residential Association has paid, issued by the contractor for outsourcing)
  • Activity reports (reports submitted by contractors to Residential Association, etc.) Copy is also acceptable)

※Be sure to include the materials, methods, and results when sharing awareness throughout the condominium. (Information, intention survey, decision at general meetings, etc.)
