Promotion of long-term repair plan for condominiums experimental project

Condominiums that do not have a long-term repair plan or have not been reviewed may not be able to perform planned repair work due to insufficient reserve funds.
In order to prevent such management failure, Yokohama City will assist a part of the cost pertaining to the creation of long-term repair plans and promote the creation and review of long-term repair plans.

Please note that condominiums that have received the subsidy decision in 2024 must complete their business by the end of January 2025, and submit a business performance report by the same day.
Subsidized
Condominium Residential Association in Yokohama that meets all of the following conditions:
- The General Assembly is held at least once a year.
- There are management rules
- We have not prepared a long-term repair plan or have not been reviewed for more than 15 years.
- About the preparation or review of long-term repair plans and its expenses
Appropriate decision-making has been made in accordance with the Residential Association rules of the condominium.
- Registered for the Yokohama Condominium Registration System
※In condominiums where the residential part and the part to be used for other purposes coexist, only the cost pertaining to the housing part is covered.
Subsidized expenses
・You can apply once for each of the following 1 and 2 expenses.
・There is a budget limit, so please contact the Housing and Architecture Bureau Housing Reconstruction Division before applying.
1 Consignment costs required for deterioration investigation diagnosis and diagnosis to prepare a long-term repair plan
This is the commission cost required for the deterioration investigation and diagnosis of the following items.
・ Survey on the main body of the house, such as exterior walls, interior walls, ceilings, floors, etc.
・ Survey on waterproofing of rooftops or roofs, balconies, common corridors, etc.
・ Survey on plumbing pipes and their facilities (including elevated water tanks, receiving tanks, etc.)
・ Survey on facilities such as electricity, gas, communication, firefighting, elevators, mechanical parking lots, etc.
・ Survey on iron products such as handrails, doors, stairs, pipes, etc., metal products, wiring, etc.
2 Consignment costs required for long-term repair plans
This is the commission cost required to create a long-term repair plan.
Subsidized amount
Up to one half of the commission cost of 200,000 yen (rounded down to the nearest 1,000 yen)
※As soon as the upper limit of the 2024 budget is reached, the application will end.
How to apply
Attach the following documents to the subsidy grant application (first style) (word: 27KB) and submit it to the Housing and Architecture Bureau Housing Reconstruction Division.

Certificate (second style) about grant application of 1 subsidy and conduct of supporting business (word: 27KB) and general meeting minutes
2 Management Rules for Condominium Residential Association
3 Guide maps, layout drawings, etc. of condominiums
4 Copy of documents that can grasp the items and contents of subsidized expenses (quotation)
5 Copy of inspection certificate or confirmation certificate of apartment (proof of building confirmation application ledger entry is also acceptable)
6 Power of Attorney (word: 25KB) ※When an agent makes an application
7 Materials for calculating expenses to be subsidized ※When there is a joint use

Notes
・In applying, regarding the preparation or review of a long-term repair plan and its expenses
It is a condition that the decision is made appropriately based on the management rules of the apartment.
・Applicant who applied before receiving grant decision of subsidy from Motoichi
Please do not conclude contract with company pertaining to conduct of supporting business and start business.
・Projects subject to this subsidy system must be completed by the end of January of the relevant fiscal year, and a business performance report must be submitted by the same date.
・The content of the application differs depending on whether the deterioration investigation diagnosis commission and the long-term repair plan creation commission are performed at the same time or separately.
