Condominium Management and Regeneration

　In Yokohama City, we have created a "Mansion Management and Regeneration Guide" as a manual for Residential Association and residents of condominiums to understand what is necessary for proper maintenance and management of their condominiums. This revision was made in August 2023 in light of recent revisions to the law.
　This book has been created in a structure that allows you to read from the necessary chapters according to the characteristics and situation of each house, such as attaching a "menu table by trouble". Please refer to it when maintenance and regeneration of condominiums.
In addition, the appendix contains explanations of the condominium standard management rules prepared by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
