Guide for Condominium Management and Regeneration

　In Yokohama City, we have created a "Guide to Condominium Management and Regeneration" as a manual for Residential Association and residents of condominiums to understand what is necessary for proper maintenance and management of their condominiums and to work independently to solve problems. This revision was made in August 2023 in light of recent law revisions.
　This book is created in a structure that allows you to read from the necessary chapters according to the characteristics and circumstances of each house, such as attaching a “Troubles Menu Table”. Please refer to it for maintenance and regeneration of condominiums.
The appendix contains an explanation of the standard management rules for condominiums prepared by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
