What is the Condominium Registration System?
By registering information such as the management status of condominiums with the city, you will receive information on seminars and support systems useful for the operation of Residential Association by e-mail. You can also use a system such as "Condominium Advisor Dispatch Support" that dispatches experts to your apartment to provide consultation.
Registration method
If you wish to register, please apply at Condominium Residential Association. (Please refrain from applying by volunteers or individuals.)
Various information will be provided to the registered e-mail address, so please register your e-mail address.
Please fill in the required items in the apartment registration application form and register below and mail it to the secretariat. You can also apply by fax or e-mail.

How to confirm, modify, and update registration information
The representative of Residential Association can access the following page and modify and update from "Registered Member Only" on the page.

When modifying or renewing, the apartment registration number and password provided at the time of registration are required. If you do not know your registration number and password, please contact the Yokohama City Apartment Registration System Secretariat.
Information that can be modified or updated
Information that can be modified and updated in Residential Association
Change of President, change of contact information (e-mail address, etc.) from the city, etc.
Information that cannot be modified or updated in Residential Association
The contents of I to V in the “Condominium Registration Application Form and Register” cannot be updated by the representative of Residential Association. If you want to update that part, please contact the Yokohama City Condominium Registration System Secretariat.
To everyone in Residential Association who has updated their registration information
Even if it is updated, the first year usage fee of "Condominium Management Support Net" will be free. For more information, please refer to the following page.
