Do you not participate in exchange meeting between apartments in the city? While exchanging information among participants, discussions will be held with experts such as apartment managers. Condominium experts will support your concerns.

Holding an exchange meeting
Held at district centers in each ward
We hold exchange meetings once a month in all wards. Please see the back of the flyer (PDF: 1,805KB) for the schedule of each ward.
Depending on the month, some wards may be held online, so please check the secretariat website for the status and method of each ward.

Remote exchange meeting
It is held once a month in an online format using zoom.
- Date and time: Sunday, November 17, 2024 19:00 to 20:30
- Target: Residential Association residents living in a condominium in Yokohama City
- Contents: Common condominium management problems and tips for solutions, etc.

- Application period: October 29 (Tuesday)-November 13 (Wednesday)

What is the Condominium Residential Association Support Center Business?
In order to solve the problems faced by Condominium Residential Association, the City of Yokohama collaborates with NPOs and other condominium-related organizations to hold exchange meetings and seminars between condominium managers and condominium Residential Association.
