What kind of system is Residential Association revitalization support?

This is a system that conducts study sessions on management rules and long-term repair plans through continuous dispatch of condominium experts, and promotes the creation of a foundation for deepening the understanding of the need for problem sorting and proper management over two years in principle. We can support the proper maintenance and management of the board member General Assembly and the formulation of management rules.
Condominiums in Yokohama City that fall under two or more of the following items are eligible: Residential Association

Old apartment

Residential Association is not organized
There are no management rules or no revisions have been made as necessary.
The General Assembly has not been held
board member is not held
Funds for repairs are not provided
management fee and reserve for repairs are not properly managed.
A long-term repair plan has not been prepared or has been prepared but has not been reviewed.
No large-scale repair work has been carried out

　Residential Association, etc., for which long-term repair plans have not yet been prepared, is subject to the dispatch of long-term repair plan advisors.

Please note that "dispute resolution and adjustment of rights between residents and residents around apartments" is not covered by support.

What kind of person is a condominium expert?

Condominium experts are those who fall under any of the following and are registered.

Qualification of Condominium Expert

A person who has one of the following qualifications and has at least 5 years of practical experience related to an apartment

First-class architect, building equipment engineer, first-class plumbing construction management engineer, first-class electrical chief engineer
Condominium Manager
Lawyers, judicial scriveners, certified public accountants, tax accountants

Person who lives in the city, person working in the city, or person who has a track record of activity in the city

What is the time, cost, and dispatch period of the dispatch consultation?

Condominium consultation

The consultation time is less than 3 hours at a time.
The cost of dispatching condominium experts is free. (However, certain actual expenses may be incurred, such as printing costs for handouts and obtaining a certified copy of the registry.)
In principle, dispatch to a group is up to two years, and the number of dispatches within 2001 is up to seven times.
