When we perform construction in area of local town development rule, I would like discussion with local town development organization.
Local town development rules are based on local town development organizations (local organizations) formed by local residents, and established rules related to buildings, rules related to the aesthetics and livability of the town, and based on the regulations Is certified.
When we perform construction in area where these rules are established, it is necessary to perform procedures such as consultation with local town development organization.

Flow of procedures for performing acts such as construction
1.Discussion with local community development organization (local organization)
When you perform act that requires procedure established for each local town development rule, please talk with local town development organization, and please receive documents to the effect that you discussed.
Please confirm consultation book or required documents with local community development organization.
Type of action to be negotiated
- Building prescribed in Article 2, Item 13 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950)
- Development activities prescribed in Article 4, Paragraph 12 of the City Planning Act (Act No. 100 of 1968), Residential land development prescribed in Article 2, Item 2 of the City Planning Act (Act No. 191 of 1961) Change of land parcel traits
- Buildings (excluding buildings) prescribed in Article 2, item 1 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950) (hereinafter referred to as "buildings"). The same shall apply hereinafter.) Construction and installation

2.Report that we discussed with area to city
In addition to the following registration form, we consulted with a local town development organization at least 30 days before the day on which we intend to apply for building confirmation, development permission, certification, or the earliest day of construction such as construction. Please report to Yokohama-shi with documents, design documents showing.

Please fill in required items on registration form and upload a set of required documents (1 to 5 above) of registration form drawings, etc.
