Local town development rule Procedures when performing building acts etc. in the area

When we perform construction in area of local town development rule, I would like discussion with local town development organization.

Local town development rules are based on local town development organizations (local organizations) formed by local residents, as well as rules related to buildings, as well as rules related to the aesthetics of the town and the ease of living. Has been certified.
When we perform construction in area where this rule was established, it is necessary to perform procedures such as consultation with local town development organization.

Flow of procedures when performing acts such as construction

1.Consultation with local community development organizations (local organizations)

When performing an act that requires the procedures stipulated for each local town development rule, consult with the local town development organization and receive documents stating that the consultation was conducted.
Please check with the local community development organization for consultations and required documents.

Type of act to be discussed

  1. Buildings prescribed in Article 2, Item 13 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950)
  2. Development activities prescribed in Article 4, Paragraph 12 of the City Planning Act (Act No. 100 of 1968), residential land development prescribed in Article 2, Item 2 of the Regulation Law on Residential Land Development (Act No. 191 of 1961) Change of land parcel traits

  2. Documents showing discussions with local community development organizations
  3. Location map
  4. Building drawings (listing items that can be confirmed to conform to the local town development rules)
  5. Other documents deemed necessary by the mayor (unnecessary if there is no designation)

Procedures by Electronic Application System

Notification to the city can also be made with the electronic application system.
Please fill in required items in registration form and upload a set of required documents (1-5 above) with registration form drawings, etc.
(From June 2023, the number of entries in the form has been reduced. Please submit the notification required items after filling out the registration form form. )
