• When acquiring or transferring ownership of land, land rights or lease rights for the purpose of owning buildings, and lease rights for the purpose of occupying buildings
• When trying to change the business content
• When attempting to change the operation details, etc. that affect the operation of neighboring companies

In addition to the business contents plan, required documents will be submitted to the Yokohama Kanazawa Industrial Liaison Council for discussion.
