This area was designated as a semi-industrial area at the time of the development of Kohoku New Town, forming an industrial zone centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing industries, and establishing rules such as restricting the location of dedicated houses in building agreements, I have been protecting the environment. However, as a result of the expiration of the building agreement in 1997 and the construction of dedicated houses, large-scale apartments were built in 2012, and residents who are not recognized as quasi-industrial areas moved in, resulting in the operation environment. Therefore, corporate managers in the region established a voluntary organization, "Higashi Jun Yamada Komori Association," to prevent problems in the region, and had individual discussions with the builder. However, since individual consultations alone cannot sustainably protect the environment as an industrial area and the environment where people can live with peace of mind, local town development aimed at coexisting with houses while protecting the operating environment of factories etc. Develop this agreement as a rule.
