Higashi-Jun Yamada Works Community Development Agreement

Purpose of local community development rules

This area is designated as a quasi-industrial area at the time of the development of Kohoku New Town, forms an industrial zone centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing industries, and establishes rules such as restricting the location of dedicated houses under building agreements to limit the location of dedicated houses under building agreements. I have protected. However, the building agreement expired in 1997 and it became possible to build a dedicated house, and as a result, a large-scale apartment house was built in 2012, and residents who are not recognized as a semi-industrial area moved in. Therefore, corporate managers in the area set up a voluntary organization, "Higashi Jun Yamada Engineering Mamoru Association" to prevent trouble in the area, and had individual discussions with the builder. However, since individual consultations alone cannot sustainably protect the environment as an industrial area and the environment where people can live with peace of mind. Formulate this agreement as a rule.
