Sachiura, Kanazawa-ku: Sachiura MDC District Town Development Agreement

The aim is to maintain the favorable operating environment of the housing complex, which has been maintained for about 30 years, and to create a safe, secure and clean city, and to establish necessary standards and procedures for building use and greening in order to form a good wholesale business housing complex where people and goods meet.

8. Display of outdoor advertising materials prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Outdoor Advertising Act (Act No. 189 of 1949) and installation of articles that post outdoor advertising materials

• When we are going to acquire and transfer ownership of land, ground right or lease right for the purpose of ownership of building, and lease right for the purpose of occupying building
• When trying to change the business content
• When trying to install signboards
• When attempting to change the operation details, etc. that affect the operation of neighboring companies

In addition to the business plan, required documents will be submitted to the cooperative Yokohama Merchandising Center (MDC) for discussions.
