Purpose of local community development rules

In recent years, one-room apartments have become remarkable in advance along Oguchi-dori, and the first floor has become a parking lot and a house, and there is a risk that the liveliness of a shopping street and the continuity of pedestrian space will be impaired. Please report to Yokohama-shi 30 days before day when you are going to apply for building confirmation or the earliest day of starting construction such as construction.
