Purpose of local community development rules
Inheriting the planned town and amenities constructed systematically based on the rural city concept, and maintain and improve a beautiful and harmonious living environment. Neighborhood Association employees and their families living in this town, as well as the owners of the land and houses in this town will be able to provide a comfortable, safe and comfortable community, enhance the quality and asset value of residential areas, and convey a sense of unity and individuality.

We submit required documents such as drawings in addition to architectural plans to Eda Kita 2-chome Neighborhood Association for discussion.

Please report to Yokohama-shi 30 days before day when you are going to apply for building confirmation or the earliest day of starting construction such as construction.
